PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial wipe restraining fluff and improving water and oil absorption. SOLUTION: The industrial wiper includes a backing sheet processed into embosses including lattice embosses 4 that linear embosses 5 and 6 are formed into lattice configurations and a plurality of hexagonal embosses 7 that longitudinal lengths are formed longer than breadthwise lengths and zigzag disposed in lattice parts 4A surrounded by the embosses 4. Under the sheet being folded plurally, the wiper includes a surface layer 2 of the surface side consisting of a wood pulp and a back layer 3 of an inner face side consisting of chemical fibers such as polypropylene fibers.
