PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which can stably support a pan and can be manufactured highly accurately and inexpensively. SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a pair of slide rails 23, 23 provided to enable projection to a drawing direction of a roaster door 19; an installation member 42 installed at front ends of the pair of slide rails 23, 23; a connection means detachably interconnecting the installation member 42 and the roaster door 19 and constituted of receiving parts 61, third engagement claws 52, door recessed parts 63 and engaged holes 19b; and a sliding member 46 provided in the rear part of the roaster pan 20.
