Disclosed is an air-conditioning control system provided with a ventilation device which exchanges indoor and outdoor air, an absence detection means which detects the absence of people in a room, and an air-conditioning control device which, when the absence of people in the room is detected by the absence detection means, activates the ventilation device for at least some of the absence period and adjusts the indoor thermal environment.
