PURPOSE: A construction method using a ladder to work on a wall with reinforcing members in a tank-type structure is provided to enable a worker to safely work and to reduce working hours since installation is simple and a working space is ensured in work on a wall. CONSTITUTION: A construction method using a ladder to work on a wall with reinforcing members in a tank-type structure comprises next steps. A first ladder(11) is installed from the floor of a structure to make contact reinforcing members(22), which are horizontally installed on a wall(20) in a tank-type structure at regular intervals. A fixing unit is used for every contact of the first ladder with the reinforcing member and thus the first ladder is fixed to the reinforcing member. A second ladder(12) is suspended on a rope from the hatch of the tank-type structure and thus the lower part of the second ladder is coupled to the upper part of the first ladder. The second ladder is fixed to the reinforcing member in the same manner as the first ladder.
