PURPOSE: A device for horizontal installation of a road-sign board is provided to facilitate the horizontal installation of a road-sign board since a support rod is horizontally adjusted and installed in a support pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for horizontal installation of a road-sign board comprises a connecting band(B). The connecting band comprises a support pipe(1), a support rod, and a support shaft. The support pipe comprises a support plate(1f). The support plate comprises several sawteeth(1t) on a concave portion of an arc. The support rod comprises a fixing plate(2f). The fixing plate comprises several sawteeth(2t) on a convex portion of the arc. The sawteeth of the support plate and the sawteeth of the fixing plate horizontally adjust the support rod regardless of slope for installation.
