<p>PURPOSE: An adhesive coating device for a die bonder and the die bonder with the same are provided to perform an adhesive coating process on a substrate by moving the adhesive coating unit through a rotation member. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive coating device(500) for a die bonder applies the adhesive for bonding a die to the substrate. The adhesive coating device for the die bonder includes an adhesive coating unit, a rotation member, a rotation driving unit, and a transfer driving unit. The adhesive coating unit coats the adhesive on the substrate. The adhesive member is installed in the adhesive coating unit. The rotation member rotates around the rotation axis separated from the installation position of the adhesive coating unit. The rotation driving unit rotates the rotation member. The transfer driving unit transfers and lifts the adhesive coating unit.</p> |
