<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device using an electric double-layer capacitor, which requires no maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The power storage device using an electric double-layer capacitor is equipped with: a capacitor system 10; and a power control means 9 for controlling stabilization of outputs of a power generating facility. The power control means calculates a charging rate of the capacitor system from a voltage of the capacitor system, and controls charging and discharging of the capacitor system so that the calculated rate of charging is within a predetermined range. When a rate of charging of the capacitor system reaches predetermined values set respectively around the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the predetermined range, a differential power is restricted, and when the rate of charging of the capacitor system reaches the upper limit value or the lower limit value, charging or discharging of the capacitor system is controlled so that the differential power becomes zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
