<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of more surely and quickly disposing of commodities to be disposed of due to an expiration date. <P>SOLUTION: In a stock management master 14, information such as a scan code (commodity code), an expiration date, a selling date, and a disposal date of each commodity of which the expiration date is set is stored. A monitoring part 12 in a sever 10 periodically refers to the stock management master 14, extracts the information of commodities left as stocks and transmits a disposal check picture indicating the commodities to a client POS 20 or an HHT 30.
