<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner having a wind direction deflection blade and a human/object detecting sensor, which achieves both of the appearance grade and the detection function of the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The indoor unit of the air conditioner conceals the human/object detecting sensor between the wind direction deflection blade and the indoor unit at an operation stop. On the other hand, the wind direction deflection blade drives at an operation to retract the wind direction deflection blade from the detection area forward of the human/object detecting sensor, so that the functions are both achieved by securing the detection spatial domain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
