PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the performance of an operation corresponding to input of an opening or closing switch, even when the opening or closing switch of an operation portion for electric opening/closing is input during the descent of an opening/closing body by self-weight. SOLUTION: Even though at least the opening switch among the opening, closing and stop switches is input while an automatic closing means makes an opening/closing body means lowered by the self-weight, this input is disabled. An in-operation signal output means of a contact b is serially connected to wiring for supplying an electric current to the stop switch of the contact b; and a full-closing signal output means of a contact (a) is connected in parallel to the in-operation signal output means. The electric current is supplied to the stop switch of the contact b; the in-operation signal output means of the contact b is serially connected to current output wiring of the opening switch of the contact (a); and the full-closing signal output means of the contact (a) is connected in parallel to the in-operation signal output means. The in-operation signal output means of the contact (a) and the full-closing signal output means of the contact b are serially connected between wiring for supplying the electric current to a common terminal of the opening, closing and stop switches of the contact (a), and an current output end of the stop switch.
