PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capable of suppressing erroneous detection of a void. SOLUTION: In this image processing program, a computer (image processing device) 1 is allowed to function as an image generation unit 2 and a removal unit 3. The image generation unit 2 generates an image having (X-ray) transmission density in each shape of members other than an inspection object based on structure information of the members other than the inspection object, in an X-ray transmission image 4 imaged in the state where, for example, a plurality of members including the inspection object such as a solder bump are piled up. The removal unit 3 removes an influence of the transmission density occupied by the members other than the inspection object on a portion where the plurality of members in the X-ray transmission image 4 are piled up, by using an image generated by the image generation unit 2.
