PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with heat insulating materials having different thickness. SOLUTION: A mounting implement 1 for an underfloor heat insulating material includes a pair of step metals 10 and heat insulating material receiving bars 20. Each of the step metals 10 is provided with an upper wall 11 fixed to an upper surface of a sleeper 3, and a side wall 12 arranged on a side surface of the sleeper 3 and having a plurality of slits 15. Each of the heat insulating material receiving bars 20 comprises a bar section 21 extending linearly to place the heat insulating material 6 thereon, and a locking end 22 projecting from an end of the bar section 21 to be locked to the step metal 10. The locking end 22 comprises a base 22a inserted into the slit 15 and placed on a bottom surface of the slit 15, and a locking part 22b inserted into the slit 15 to be locked inside the step metal 10. The locking end 22 is inserted into the slit 15 at an arbitrary position, and the locking part 22b is locked inside the step metal 10, so that the heat insulating material receiving bar 20 may be fitted to the step metal 10.
