CONTROL VALVE SYSTEM CAPABLE OF OPERATING IN LIQUID FREIGHT

PURPOSE: A control valve system capable of operating in liquid freight is provided to enable installation of a control valve in any position because the control valve can directly contact liquid freight. CONSTITUTION: A control valve system capable of operating in liquid freight comprises a pressure sensor(110), a pressure controller(120), a current/pressure converter(130), and a control valve(140). The pressure sensor measures pressure in a filling line(11) and outputs the measured pressure as an electric signal. The pressure controller receives the electric signal outputted from the pressure sensor and outputs a control signal for controlling the pressure in the filling line. The current/pressure converter changes the current of the control signal outputted from the pressure controller into pneumatic pressure. The control valve is installed in the filling line to be submerged in liquefied freight in a cargo tank(10) and operates by the pneumatic pressure converted through the current/pressure converter.
