PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to increase a contrast ratio, thereby reducing crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: The gate electrode of a fifth NMOS transistor(M5) is connected to a third scanning line. The first electrode of the fifth NMOS transistor is connected to the first node. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the first node and a second node. A second capacitor(C2) is connected between the first node and the anode electrode of an organic light emitting diode. The gate electrode of a fourth NMOS transistor(M4) is connected to the second scan line. The gate electrode of a sixth NMOS transistor(M6) is connected to the first scan line. The gate electrode of a second NMOS transistor(M2) is connected to the second scan line. The gate electrode of a third NMOS transistor(M3) is connected to a light emitting control line. The gate electrode of a first NMOS transistor(M1) is connected to the second node. The first NMOS transistor supplies a driving current to the organic light emitting diode.
