PURPOSE: An apparatus for impedance matching of a multiband and a multimode and an antenna using the same are provided to reduce the number of antenna mounted in mobile communications terminals by making the impedance matching in a multiband / multiplex mode. CONSTITUTION: An impedance matching apparatus(11) includes comprises at least one impedance matching route(L), at least one switching unit(21), at least one capacitor(31), and a controller(40). The switching units are corresponded to each impedance matching route and selectively open and closed them according to a control signal. The controller includes a voltage control unit(41) for controlling the capacitance of the variable capacitor.
