POLARIZING PLATE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polarizing plate and liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to prevent a moire phenomenon happening in a prism sheet. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(34), a liquid crystal cell side polarizer protecting film(35), a bond layer(36), and a release film(37) are sequentially stacked on one surface of a polarizer(33). The adhesive layer(32) and an external side polarizer protecting film(31) are stacked on the other surface of the polarizer. The external side polarizer protecting film is adhered to the polarizer by the adhesive layer. The surface of the external side polarizer protecting film gets smooth.
