PURPOSE: A straw embedded standing container is provided to selectively extend the length of a straw installed in the inside of the standing container, for securing the usage convenience without forming a separate opening. CONSTITUTION: A straw embedded standing container(1) includes a cut-out unit(5) and a multi-stage straw(10). The cut-out unit is partitioned by a cut-out groove(7) formed on one side of the standing container with a constant interval, and is selectively separated from a pouch main body(3). The multi-stage straw includes one side installed on the cut-out unit, and the other side fixed to the inside of the pouch main body by heat-fusing. The multi-stage straw includes an inlet and outlet pipe unit(11) and a fixed pipe unit.
