PURPOSE: A bottle cap apparatus for preventing a refill process of a bottle is provided to prevent forgery by displaying a forgery mark using contents inside a sinker influx space. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap apparatus for preventing a refill process includes an internal main body, a preventing body, a first proofing film(21), a second proofing film(30), and a sinker influx space. The internal main body includes lattices, and connected to a bottle cock using a connection line. The sinker influx space includes a substance(25) for applying the weight, and an influx space(24). The influx space displays the forced insertion of filler materials.
