PURPOSE: A pattern forming device is provided to stably form a pattern on a panel by accurately transferring the reduced torque of a motor to a pattern roller or a friction roller. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming device comprises a guide rail(50), a guide plate(41), and a hopper reciprocating unit. The guide rail is transversely formed on the top of a panel(2) and guides a hopper(40) containing paste to the left and right. The guide plate is placed on the guide rail. The hopper reciprocating unit comprises two sprocket wheels(52) which are attached to both sides of the guide rail, a chain(53) one end of which is fixed to the guide plate, and a hopper reciprocating motor(54) which rotates one of the sprocket wheels forward or reversely.
