PURPOSE: A guide device of a punch die is provided to reduce the three-dimensional displacement vibration of a movable upper die and a fixed lower die using first springs. CONSTITUTION: A guide device of a punch die comprises a sleeve(15) and first springs. The sleeve is circumscribed to the lower outer surface of a guide rod. The first springs are circumscribed to the outer surface of the guide rod between the top surface of the sleeve and the bottom surface of a movable die. The sleeve comprises inner and outer pipes(15a,15b) and a retainer(16). The inner pipe is contact with the outer surface of the guide rod. The retainer comprises multiple ball grooves(16a) and second springs(13). Multiple balls(11) are inserted into the ball grooves. The second springs elastically press the inserted balls. |
