PURPOSE: A content having an improved grounded hole is provided to reduce or prevent safety accident occurrence. CONSTITUTION: A grounding terminal which is connected to a grounding electrode of the plug as a main body unit is inserted to the plug. A front unit(20) is arranged on a grounding hole(22) which passes through the grounding terminal and on a back surface of the grounding hole. The front surface includes a blocking plate(30) which is formed to a small hole(31) than a ground hole. The ground terminal has a shape which is bent to one end to another and is projected to front direction.
