PURPOSE: A device for fixing a pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by simplifying a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for fixing a pipe comprises a support bracket(110) and a fixing bracket(120). The pipe placing part(111) of the support bracket is bent and is separated from a ceiling, a wall or a bottom surface. The fixing bracket is coupled to the support bracket through screw fasteners(130). The fixing bracket fixes a pipe to the pipe placing part of the support bracket.
