PURPOSE: A heat sensor structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cooking pot comprising the heat sensor structure are provided to enhance non-sticking, thermal stability, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and weather resistance by a ceramic-coated layer. CONSTITUTION: A heat sensor structure comprises a base layer(100), a discolored ink layer(110), and a protective layer(120). The base layer is formed from ceramics. The discolored ink layer is deposited on the upper part of the base layer. The protective layer is coated on the discolored ink layer. The base layer comprises organosilicic compound, and filler and solvent. The base layer comprises at least one of dibutyltindimethoxysilane, emulsifier and antifoaming agent.
