PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device and an operating method of the same are provided to improve the performance of a semiconductor memory device by allowing a read command to be applied though when a short time passes after the write command is applied. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor memory device and an operating method of the same, a write command is applied. A read command is applied within a constant section. Data is red out from a memory cell. Data is loaded to a data bus inside a memory device. Data inputted from the outside is loaded in the data bus.
