摘要 <p>The method for producing a component with a component core (2) from a base material, comprises producing the component core by compression molding as an aluminum die casting body with aluminum or aluminum alloy as base material and/or as a zinc die casting body with zinc or a zinc alloy as a basis material and/or as a magnesium die casting body with magnesium or a magnesium alloy as a basis material or by injection molding as a plastic body with a plastic as a basis material, sandblasting the component core containing a semi-finished product and then providing with a cover coating (4). The method for producing a component with a component core (2) from a base material, comprises producing the component core by compression molding as an aluminum die casting body with aluminum or aluminum alloy as base material and/or as a zinc die casting body with zinc or a zinc alloy as a basis material and/or as a magnesium die casting body with magnesium or a magnesium alloy as a basis material or by injection molding as a plastic body with a plastic as a basis material, sandblasting the component core containing a semi-finished product and then providing with a cover coating (4), and applying an armor coating (3) on the component core for formation of the semifinished product before sandblasting. For the formation of armor coating by galvanization and/or evaporation, a hard armor layer (6) is applied to protect the component core before mechanical loading during sandblasting and then a sandblasted layer is applied on the armor coating by means of galvanization. A chromium layer is applied as an outer layer (5) of the cover coating by means of galvanization. A further layer of the cover coating is applied on the armor coating before applying the outer layer for formation of an intermediate layer arranged between the armor coating and the outer layer. A copper layer and/or a nickel layer is applied as an intermediate layer by means of galvanization and/or evaporation. A bottom layer is applied as further layer of the armor coating on the component core before applying the armor layer. The copper layer is applied on the component core by means of galvanization and/or evaporation for the formation of the bottom layer between the component core and the armor layer. An independent claim is included for a component with a component core from a base material.</p>
