LASER IRRADIATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A laser irradiation system is provided to receive the uniform amount of the energy on the radiation area by flexibly controlling the output and the transfer speed of the laser. CONSTITUTION: A laser transport unit transfers the laser(110) along the area to be irradiated which is distinguished into a plurality of sections. A laser transportation controller(140) transfers the laser transport unit per the plurality of sections with the predetermined speed. The laser output control part controls the output of laser so that the laser irradiates the light at a plurality of sections with the predetermined output.
