PURPOSE: A mother substrate of an organic light emitting display is provided to efficiently perform aging by connecting a compensation unit for compensating the threshold voltage of a driving transistor in the input line of a mother substrate inspection signal. CONSTITUTION: In a mother substrate of an organic light emitting display, a plurality of organic electroluminescent display devices(110) are arranged in a matrix type. The panel includes a pixel unit(150), a data division unit(170), a second inspection unit(180), and a pad unit(190). A first interconnection group(120) is formed on the outside of the panel in first direction. The first interconnection group includes an inspection power and a plurality of mother substrate interconnection. A second interconnection group(130) is formed outside of a panel in second direction.
