The invention describes a holding flange (1) for an electric machine, in particular for a starter of an internal combustion engine, for fastening the electric machine to a bearing bracket (6) on the internal combustion engine, wherein the holding flange (1) has a centred circular opening (2). To realize a high level of variability, using the fewest possible simple standard components, for adaptation to the geometric requirements which exist with regard to a drive pinion on a pinion shaft of an electric machine and a toothed ring of an internal combustion engine, an annular alternating eccentricity (13) having a central circular hole (16) and having an outer circular circumferential surface (14) which is centric with respect to the hole (16) is inserted as a second component into the circular opening (2) of the holding flange (1), and the alternating eccentricity (13) has an outwardly formed shoulder with an eccentric circular circumferential surface (15). |
