PURPOSE: A customized learning contents service apparatus and method thereof are provided to increase the learning efficiency of a user by supplying customized learning contents in a flash learning type. CONSTITUTION: A customized learning contents generator(22) generates customized learning contents in a flash learning type having a video format. A controller(24) supplies a word list to a user terminal. The controller transfers word information to the customized learning contents generator. The controller supplies the generated customized learning contents to the user terminal.
