PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing noise and wind in a transmission line is provided to dispersedly induce the wind to upper or lower side of the transmission line by installing a plurality of wind inducers with a constant space. CONSTITUTION: A wind inducer(100) includes a transmission inlet(111) and a flange unit. The flange unit includes a coupling hole(H). The wind inducer is comprised of a pair of upper and lower inducers(110,110'). A plurality of mounting units(300) are comprised of a pair of clamps(310). The pair of clamps guide the rotation of the wind inducer. The upper and lower inducers include vertical and horizontal wind inducing wings(114,114'). The mounting unit includes a pair of finishing plates(320). The clamp and the finishing plate are combined with a double bolt(330) and a nut(N). |
