The method involves arranging kitchen furniture parts (10.1-10.19) of a kitchen furniture group (10) next to each other in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction in an installed condition. The furniture parts are printed with sections of a digital image based on the digital image of a wooden or illusion appearance (12) such that the furniture parts exhibit the wooden or illusion appearance with a figure distribution (13) running continuously along the furniture parts. The sections are arranged next to each other in a preference direction of the digital image. An independent claim is also included for a furniture group comprising furniture parts with viewing surfaces arranged next to each other in a horizontal or vertical direction.
