PURPOSE: A stator assembly including the terminal block for the electric machine is provided to prevent the scrifice of motor performance by maintaining the compact shape factor. CONSTITUTION: A housing(4) comprises a communications area(14) having a first end part(16) and a connection pathway expanded to the second end part(18). A stator assembly(30) comprises one or more connector leads(32) and a terminal block(44). The terminal block comprises a non-conductive member tightly sealed for the connection pathway and one or more conductive members covered with non-conductive member. One or more conductive members comprises the first end part expanded to the second end part.
