PURPOSE: A projector having a shock reducing device with the function for inducing the fall position of blasting scattering stones is provided to reduce construction period since separate muck process equipment is not necessary for the upper side of the projector. CONSTITUTION: A projector having a shock reducing device with the function for inducing the fall position of blasting scattering stones comprises a shock reducing device(200). The impact reduction device is moved back and forth at outside of a protector to prevent the stacking of muck on the supper side. The impact reduction device comprises an insertion hole, a mobile tool, and a protective film(240). The protector is inserted in the insertion hole. The mobile tool is included in order to be fixed to the insertion hole. The protective film is installed in the insertion hole and prevents the inflow of the muck into the mobile tool in the blasting.
