PURPOSE: A condensate discharging device is provided to efficiently discharge condensate of a condensing gas boiler by collecting the heat of vapor in a latent heat unit. CONSTITUTION: A condensate discharging device is installed inside a condensing gas boiler and neutralizes condensate generated in a latent heat unit using a neutralizing agent(3). The condensate discharging device re-discharges the condensate through an exhaust flue by using the ultrasonic humidification of a humidifier(6).
