PURPOSE: A volatile organic compound gas collecting apparatus is provided to protect environment in addition to save resources by reducing the amount of volatile organic gas emitted in the air. CONSTITUTION: A volatile organic compound gas collecting apparatus is in connection with a reservoir(100) in which volatile organic compounds containing oil and gas are reserved. The volatile organic compound gas collects volatile organic compound gas generated from volatile organic compounds. The volatile organic compound gas collecting apparatus includes a gas collecting pipe(320) and a venturi unit(200). The gas collecting pipe collects gas from the volatile organic compound. The venture unit is in connection with the oil pipe(310) and the gas collecting pipe. The gas from the gas collecting pipe and oil from the oil pipe are mixed, and the mixture is discharged to the reservoir.
