PURPOSE: A P2P network system and data transceiving method of the same are provided to easily apply an RTSP(Real-Time Streaming Protocol) through a mapping of time information and data information. CONSTITUTION: A server(100) groups a transmission unit packet configuring data stream in a preset time unit. The server provides the grouped transmission unit packet. A plurality of piers(10~30) transceives the grouped transmission unit packet in a group unit. The source providing unit provides data stream. Data configuring unit of the server groups the transmission unit packet in a preset time unit.
