The invention comprises triazine derivatives of the formula <FORM:1013223/C2/1> wherein R1, R2 and R3 represent C1-18 alkyl groups, R4 represents hydrogen or C2-18 alkyl, R5 represents hydrogen, C1-18 alkyl, cyclohexyl or benzyl, R6 represents C6-18 alkyl, cyclohexyl C3-8 alkoxyalkyl, pyridino, morpholinoalkyl, benzyl, naphthyl, or a phenyl group optionally substituted by halogens, C1-12 alkyl groups, C1-4 alkoxy groups or a phenoxy group, the sum of the carbon atoms of R1 to R6 being at least 15, or R1 and R2 taken together, as well as R5 and R6 taken together, possibly with the inclusion of a further hetero atom, can be a saturated heterocyclic ring. The above compounds are prepared by reacting in any order a cyanuric halide with amines of the formulae R1R2NH, R3R4NH and R5R6NH in the presence of acid binding agents. |
