PURPOSE: A blower case with a fan for an air conditioner is provided to prevent damage to the blower case by forming a rib between the protrusions of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A blower case with a fan for an air conditioner comprises a body and multiple panels(200). The body has a fan and is connected to a duct. The panels are formed by inserting glass fiber between an electro-galvanized sheet and a cold rolled steel sheet. The panels are installed outside the body. Powder coating layers are formed on the outer surface of the panels. The body is assembled by using multiple frames(110) with protrusions and frame joints. The frames are formed by coating steel with the powder coating layers.
