PURPOSE: A prostate operation apparatus is provided to prevent environmental contamination and improve operation safety by removing a harmful component included in a toxic gas which is generated in a prostate operation. CONSTITUTION: A prostate operation apparatus is comprised of a tank(10), an operation unit(100), a collection can(200), and a filtering unit(400). The tank stores water which is supplied to a surgical site. The operation unit is inserted into the surgical site to operate on the surgical site. A water outlet enables the water supplied to the surgical site to be discharged with byproduct to outside.
