PURPOSE: A control communication network establishment method using power line communication and wired communication are provided to establish a control communication network by using power line communication in a place where wired communication network is not available. CONSTITUTION: An integrated device establishes communication network between an integrated data concentrator and an elevator. A communication network is established between a synthesis data concentrator and weather device. Communication network is established between the synthesis data concentrator and a GPS(Global Positioning System) watch. A communications network between a meter reading-service company and the synthesis data concentrator is constructed. The synthesis data concentrator and a crime prevention road situation report board are connected.
