HYBRID MEMORY STRUCTURE HAVING RAM AND FLASH INTERFACE AND DATA STORING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A hybrid memory structure including a ram and a flash interface is provided to performs data input/output by using a hybrid memory. CONSTITUTION: A memory control interface(110) receives a control signal related to reading/writing data from an external side. A RAM(Random Access Memory) block(170) stores data generated according to a hybrid memory operation. A flash memory block(180) stores backup data of the RAM block. A control unit(120) restores the stored backup data form the RAM block.
