PURPOSE: A pollutant intake-exhaust device is provided to improve the intake-exhaust efficiency through the selection of intake area and enhance the intake force by generating vortex. CONSTITUTION: A pollutant intake-exhaust device comprises a suction part(10) and an intake-exhaust pipe part(30). The suction part comprises a setting hole(11), a suction body(12), a closing plate(15), and an internal space. The closing plate comprises a plurality of vent holes(13) and a through hole(14). The internal space is formed by inserting the closing plate to an opening of the suction body and welding the edges of the closing plate. The intake-exhaust pipe part comprises a first perforated pipe(20), a bellows exhaust pipe(31), a second perforated pipe(33), and a suction pipe(34) that are successively connected. The polluted air that successively passes through the through hole, the first and the second perforated pipe and the polluted air that is drawn in through the suction pipe are discharged through the bellows exhaust pipe.
