The device has a tubular body (1) provided with a channel (2) with a reception segment (3) to receive a pipe end, where the reception segment is provided with a locking unit (4). A sealing unit (5) seals an outside surface of the pipe end. A guiding unit (6) guides the pipe end in the reception segment. An abutment (7) stops the pipe end from being pushed into the reception segment. The sealing unit is placed in a groove (8) that is formed between the abutment and the guiding unit. The locking unit e.g. clamp, is placed between the guiding unit and an inlet to the reception segment. |
