PURPOSE: A method for differentiating stem cells from retinal cells at high efficiency is provided to prevent or aid in the recovery of retinal degeneration. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating stem cells from retinal cells comprises: a step of culturing stem cell-derived retinal progenitor cells in a medium containing IGF1R(insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor), BMP(bone morphogenetic protein) signal transduction inhibitor, FGF(fibroblast growth factor) signal transduction activator, and Wnt signal transduction activator. The differentiation is performed for 1-30 days.
