PURPOSE: A magnet member and a shutter having at least four-pole are provided to implement a driving unit which is protruded from the circular cross section so that the driving unit dose not gives a interference to a magnetic component. CONSTITUTION: In a magnet member and a shutter having at least four-pole, a magnet member(20) comprises a disc part(21) and a driving part(22). The disc part includes a circle side(211), a first end(212), a second end(213), and an axis hole(214). The driving unit is extended from either side of the first and second ends in horizontal direction. N pole and S pole are crossed on the disc part. The magnet member is mounted in the shutter of the hand-held mobile communications unit.
