TILTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE'S SEAT

PURPOSE: A tilting apparatus for a vehicle seat is provided to safely protect a passenger when shock is applied to a vehicle by inclining a vehicle seat with an airbag or a curtain airbag toward the inside the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A tilting apparatus for a vehicle seat comprises cylinders(2), inflators(4), and shock sensing units. The cylinders are installed in one bottom side of a seat plate(100). Each cylinder has a body and a rod. The bodies are vertically installed in a vehicle body and are connected to the inflators. The rods are inserted into the bodies and are ascended and descended. The inflators apply operation force to the cylinders. The shock sensing units sense external shock and control the operation of the inflators.
