<p>The needle board (6) comprises a base plate (16) having receptions (18), needles (8) arranged in the area of the receptions in a predetermined pattern, where tips of the needles protrude from the base plate, and needle modules (21), of which each is inserted into the reception of the base plate and has a group of needles. The needles of each group are formed with one another in a single-piece. Each group of the needles is formed from a sheet metal, and is punched. The receptions are formed as slits in the base plate. The needle modules have a protruding edge section.
