<p>This method includes the following steps of: taking a sample of a cell solution from a sample flask, placing the sampled solution in a decantation chamber (2) arranged above the analysis plate (4), allowing the solution to decant in order to obtain a thin layer of cells on the analysis plate (4). It includes a step of measuring the cell density of the sampled solution, the measurement being carried out in the decantation chamber (2). A device for producing a cell analysis plate allowing such a method to be carried out is also described.</p> |
