PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing avellino cornea dyslipidemia is provided to simply test the diseases using a sample for testing TGFBi gene codon 124 SNP. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing Avellino cornea dyslipidemia comprises: a step of gene TGFBi of a test sample using a marker and a primer for amplifying TGFBi codon 124; a step of releasing a double strand of TFGBi to single strands to reduce the amount of the marker; a step of determining melting profile; and a step of analyzing normality, mutation, or heterozygote.
