PURPOSE: A three dimensional semiconductor memory device and a method of operating the same are provided to maintain a high security level by reading out data at high speed. CONSTITUTION: In a three dimensional semiconductor memory device and a method of operating the same, a semiconductor device comprises an information processing unit(CPU) and a memory module(MEM1). The memory module has an access control circuit(MCN1). The access control circuit is interposed between the data processing unit and the memory interface. The access control circuit receives a read command and an address from the information processing unit. The access control circuit notifies the information processing unit of the read command. |
